About Golden Horse Minerals
Golden Horse Minerals is a gold exploration company which has consolidated the rights to a large highly prospective area covering one of Australia’s most successful gold provinces in the Southern Cross region of Western Australia.
The Golden Horse tenure is more than 932km2 within a large geological phenomenon known as the Southern Cross Greenstone Belt.
The Belt spans approximately 400km in length and has produced more than 12 million ounces of gold. It is one of the top precious metals provinces in Western Australia.
The Greenstone belt consists of altered intrusive and meta-sedimentary rocks which are supported by two operating gold mills at the Marvel Loch and Edna May processing plants.

Graeme Sloan is a qualified Mining Engineer with over 35 years’ experience as a Managing Director/CEO, Non-Executive Director, Chairman and Member of Audit, Risk and Sustainability Committee’s and General Manager of Operations. He has held roles in corporate...affairs, operational management, technical and project development and has worked in Australia, North and South America holding senior technical roles for ASX, TSX and AIM listed companies. He has also worked in most commodities including base metals, gold, and mineral sands. Graeme has a demonstrable record in building companies through organic and M&A activity, operational performance and management, and developing funding alternatives. Graeme has also completed an international program on Competent Boards: Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), underscoring his commitment to responsible mining practices.
John L C Jones AM
Mr Jones is a highly experienced mineral resource developer and is a major figure in Western Australia’s deep mining history. He has been a Director of Troy Resources NL since 1988 and was Chairman from late 1988 until October 2008. Since 1990, he has... been Chairman of Anglo Australian Resources NL. He was formerly Chairman and Director of North Kalgurli Mines Limited and was a founding director of Jones Mining NL. Mr. J. Jones has been a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy since 1977. He is a prominent player in the international mining sector for over thirty years with a long list of successes. His guiding involvement in four companies led to the discovery of four deposits and the development of eight mines.

Mr. Harris is an experienced executive in the management of construction and engineering projects in Australia and overseas. He is a former Executive Director of Swanline Developments Pty Ltd., a privately owned Australian company focused property... development and investment, project management and business investment. Mr. Harris has worked for 10 years for both Alcoa of Australia Ltd., which operates one of the world’s largest integrated bauxite mining, alumina refining and aluminium smelting systems, and the United Group Limited, an Australian engineering company. Mr. Harris also has extensive experience as a director of various businesses. He has been the non-executive Chairman of Integrated Project Solutions Pty Ltd., an Australian design and construction Management provider, a non-executive director of Hagglunds Drives Pty Ltd. and a non-executive director Biodiesel Producers Ltd. Mr. Harris is the former Managing Director and Chairman of Silver Swan Group Ltd. and was a non-executive director of Caravel Minerals Limited. He was also the non executive Chairman of Mount Barker Community Windfarm. Mr. Harris is qualified as a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Mr. Harris’s formal qualifications are in Legal Studies and Public Administration.
Jonathan is a geologist by training and has had over 37 years’ experience in the mining industry – much of it in Western Australia. Following an extensive grounding in the mineral industry, including mine geology, exploration and mine development he... moved to the corporate side, at managing director level for a number of ASX listed companies, to focus on project generation, strategic planning, corporate management, environmental control, financial management and capital raising in junior exploration companies while still maintaining a strong technical input.
